October has arrived! *Cue the Fall Confetti*

We are about to go through the season of seeing the beauty in surrender. Every year (depending upon where you re in the world) you will face the changing of the seasons. For some it may be cooler days, others may experience the changing of the leaves, but most everyone will experience  the energy shifting and changing. 

The leaves changing color and eventually falling, show us the profound beauty and grace that is in surrender. They also show us that everything has a season. So I ask you now, what is the season you are in? 

Are you taking a moment to honor the transition or are you just rushing on to the next thing?

How can you honor the season you are in right now? Metaphorically and Physically?

As we move into this new season, we begin the journey within. And what better way to start that journey than to look at the theme of Integrity!?

Integrity is the theme this month in the membership and such a powerful value in life. Many people have strong beliefs and stories around integrity, but have never really explored them to understand what they are. What I mean by that is, those that say they 'value integrity' can sometimes be very judgmental of themselves and others, have unrealistic expectation, lack inner integrity, and fail to communicate exactly what it is they want. All because they don't know what integrity really means to them.

I often hear that integrity is about doing what you say you are going to do. But when it comes down to it, is it about integrity to yourself or to others. Do you sometimes have to disappoint another in order to stay in integrity with yourself? Do others have to do that too? What does it mean to have integrity and also practice grace and gentleness?

This all the fun that we will get to explore this month through the Quantum Activation, the Guided Meditation, the Integrity Journal, and all the amazing Deep Diving into this topic.
