Hello Beautiful Soul!
I don’t know about you, but when September arrives, I started to get really excited! Why? Because it signals that magical transition into FALL!
And I am a LOVER of fall. How about you?
It’s also a time of year for all the back to school activity, and everything in our life takes on a subtle shifting. New routines, new activities, and sometimes some overwhelm with the new transition.
Thats why I wanted to focus on Gentleness for the Theme this month in the Membership!
So often we are rushing, pushing, pressuring, to accomplish, do, and take care of all that needs attending, that we forget This Moment. This moment that is passing us by because we are focused on the future (what all we have to accomplish or haven’t yet) or the past (what have we accomplished and why it isn’t enough).
Somewhere in all the pendulum swinging we loose our gentleness with ourselves, our loved ones, and those around us. We loose our presence in the here and now, the gratitude to be found in it, and the wonder and joy waiting to be discovered.
Gentleness is a gift you give your pain, your struggle, your strife. It is a balm to the most tender and sensitive areas of you. And it is something that you can cultivate in your life, and once you do, you can more easily give gentleness to others.
