Hello My friends!
I think someone stole May! I mean I swear I blinked and it was GONE! Anyone else feeling me?!?
I am loving the blooming of the world around me. I have been delighted with how full the trees are and how beautifully the wild flowers are all along the road ways. Do you see them when you are passing by?
Every time I see wild flowers now, I am reminded of the wisdom of nature and the lessons we can learn from it. In Gary Fergusons book “Eight Master Lessons from Nature” he talks about how wildflowers grow best together because of their diversity. Each flower has a different way of surviving, and when one is growing it is helping another recover, ultimately keeping the eco system going. Morgan Harper Nichols (one of my most favorite poets and artist) created a beautiful post all about this on her Instagram. Check it out on the link below.

What are you most looking forward to moving into summer?
June has some exciting things going with the Ring of Fire Annular Solar Eclipse happening on the 10th! And then the Summer Solstice happening on June 20th! A time that marks the peak of summer and a time when all of those sun loving flowers will be in full bloom! (I have really gotten into flowers lately, it’s a thing… if you couldn’t tell!)
This time of the year always marks for me, a time to soak up the sun. A time to find some water, relax, and be nourished by the boundlessness of nature growing all around.
Whatever it is for you, I hope you find small moments to celebrate your wins, nurture your dreams, and fall more in love with the adventure of your life.
As we step into June, over in the Membership we are focusing on Forgiveness. Forgiveness is such a powerful thing, but often something that is so very misunderstood. It is truly for you, not for the other person, but to come into that place can take work, time, patience, and understanding.
Self forgiveness is often the first place we must begin. Forgiving the small ways we disrespect, belittle or mistreat ourselves. The negative self talk and self judgments that fill our mind. This is where forgiveness can begin.
This month, this is our focus. In the journal prompts for this month I also include two Forgiveness exercises that are truly powerful and life changing. One is about situational forgiveness and can be applied to yourself or to another, and the other exercise is a Harmonize Exercise, used to bring more harmony into your relationships with another. Both exercises have changed my life and the lives of my clients.
