March Magnificence! Theme: 'I am Safe': Creating Boundaries

Dang, February went by soooo fast! Anyone else feel the same way!? 

 

I hope it was an eventful month for you and you learned all about how you are a magnificent Creator of your life! I know the weekly journal prompts really challenged a few of us in different ways. Challenged our frame of reference, to see things in new ways, and try new ways of creating.

As for the adventures of March, we are diving head first into one of the most challenging and transformative themes: 

 

Boundaries can be such a hot button topic, because we so often really need to work on boundaries but have no idea how! Or when we do, we feel uncomfortable, facing the people pleasing side of us, the need to be liked by everyone, and then the burn out that comes from saying ‘Yes’ to way too much. This is a huge topic that often gets explored at depth in the one-on-one coaching sessions with my clients, so I thought exploring this topic here would be PERFECT.

For those who are in the Ascending Wise Woman and Goddess Ascending program and receiving the Creation Meditation Ceremony Box, look forward to a special delivery! This month we are going to create a Sacred Alter Space to honor the boundary of our own daily Self Care. Often times our daily practice is more about routine and habit than anything else. Creating a sacred space to light a candle, pull a card, burn some sage, say a prayer, or write your gratitude list can help set our day up for success. This is what this little box is all about!
