When thinking about balance you might think of riding a bike, or standing on one leg, or even juggling all of life’s ups and downs. But how often do you really contemplate what balance means? Is it different during different season? How does it play a role in health and wellness? And what do you do when you become off balance?

This is what we will be exploring in this Quantum Activation in Balance.

Confidence comes over time. Something that develops through failure, success, growth, learning, and showing up. Gentleness is on of the most profound gifts we can give ourselves and those around us. Because the truth is, gentleness softens the hardness of our pain, struggle, and strife. Think about it! When you muscles are most sore, the gentle warmth of a hot job soothes them. The same is true when you give yourself this same kind of gentleness. This is what we will be exploring in this Quantum Activation.

Grace. A very complex 5 letter word. It can describe someones movement or someones presence. Ultimately though, we each get to discover what Grace means to us. Much like Love, the full breadth and depth of the word can only be experienced, and often once it is, no words can even come close to describing it. This is where we will begin our exploration in this Quantum Activation in Grace.

Healing. A word that may bring to mind everything from hospitals & antibacterial smells, to warm team & snuggles. Healing can take many forms. It also can require us to look at ourselves in a completely new way. An invitation to see the whole being rather than the parts. Often to have permanent healing in any area of our lives, we must take a multifaceted approach. Finding Health is ultimately about wholeness.

Honesty, I believe, is something we all desire to have in our life. At times though, it can come with a powerful punch. Because once you know, you can never NOT know. As with most topics, I often focus inwardly first. And Self Honesty is one of the most challenging and transformative things we can give ourselves.  What is honesty? What does it mean to be honest? What does it mean to be patient? Or to have patience? In this Activation we will explore the embodies experience of patience. Because true patience is an experience in the body, accessible when we get out of our heads and into the present moment. 

Boundaries can be such a hot button topic, because we so often really need to work on boundaries but have no idea how! Or when we do, we feel uncomfortable, facing the people pleasing side of us, the need to be liked by everyone, and then the burn out that comes from saying ‘Yes’ to way too much.
