This week we are bringing it home to the body and looking at the impact of nurturing on our relationships, community and the world as a whole. Knowing that nurturing feels like in the body helps you build the in-bodiment experience of it in your life. After all we are BodyMind connected.
You will also look at the impact of nurturing of different areas of your life. When we come from a nurtured and whole place, there is an energetic shift that impacts our outlook, our dreams, our relationships, our health, our wealth, you name it! Exploring this is a good way to anchor the importance of a nurturing practice to help you grow what you want in your life.

Do you feel the in-bodiment of nurturing in your life? Starting to understand the bigger impact of what we nurture?
Well this week we are going to get into the action steps of nurturing! All is great but if there is not action there is no creation.
You are going to focus on three important areas, yourself, your dreams (or goals or desires), and your relationships. I suggest choosing one relationship in particular then coming back for any and all relationships. After you do these three areas, feel free to expand for different areas of your life or your community.
There is no limit on the amount of times you use these exercises or how often you return to them!
As usual, make this fun, let it be messy, no need for the gremlin of pressure and perfection! This is your sacred practice after all, make it yours.
