This week is all about understand YOUR definition of integrity. How do you relate to integrity and what does it really mean to you? It can be truly interesting to learn that your understanding of integrity may or may not be in alignment with who you say you are.

Week Two

This week you will explore what it means to not have integrity, with yourself or with others. Often times when it comes to integrity, expectations get involved. What you expect or yourself, or others, can muddle your relationship to integrity. Because sometimes we have to disappoint another in order to stay in integrity with ourselves.

Week Three

This week we dive into what it means to live with integrity and what integrity isn’t. I like to refer to this week as the ‘In the trenches’ week. You will explore your inner experience of integrity, living a life of integrity and what that feels like in your body.

Week Four

Final week is a week of both reflection and action. You will explore where you are living in integrity, where you are not, and how you can take action steps to being living more aligned. You will also explore any new understandings or realizations you might have had around integrity over the course of the journal.
