Week Two

In week two we are exploring what Grace can feel like to bring it home to the body. After all, emotions how the power to change us when we allow ourselves to feel them. You will also explore what other emotions Grace might be connected to, in order to understand new ways of experiencing Grace.

Week Three

This week is all how integrating Grace in your life. In both action and in embodiment. You will explore Grace through others, how you have experienced it, and ultimately what you want to integrate into your way of being.

Week Four

The final week you will explore the opposite of Grace. As well as it’s impact on your relationships. We are ultimately sussing out the corner stones of what Grace is, and what it isn’t, as you choose what to keep and what to surrender. Please know, that this exploration is only the beginning. Understanding Grace can truly take you a lifetime.
