Week One

We are going to dip our toe into the exploration of balance. You want to look at this week as an exploratory contemplation. It’s all about your initial take on balance, the meaning, the value, and how you initially relate to it. This is a great week to free write anything that comes to you or just contemplate the questions as you move through your week, then write down what you receive.

Week Two

As is often important, we want to look at the opposite. This week is then an exploration of imbalance. It is important to explore both sides of balance, to understand the impact of it in our lives. Plus, if we want to develop more balance, it is important to learn and explore the areas that are imbalanced.

Week Three

This week is all about choosing how you want to experience balance. You get to define, or refine your relationship with balance, and also how it will impact all areas of your life. It’s all about bringing it home to YOU this week. This is where we begin to put balance into action in our lives.

This final week in our exploration of balance is all about the body and the senses! This is a fun experimental and experience based exercise.
